The use of axial Piston Pump

② It is strictly forbidden to open the fuel tank cover due to the system heat during the operation, and other measures must be taken; 

③. The first pump after installation Before starting, the pump must be filled with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port on the pump casing, otherwise it can not be started. B. Check if the coupling is concentric. C. Check whether the steering direction of the motor is consistent with the specified rotation direction of the pump. D. start the pump first start and stop the button start and stop several times to confirm the correct direction of the oil flow and the pump sound is normal and then continuous operation. 

④ load operation A. Low load operation: After the preparation is completed, first pump 10 -20bar pressure operation for 10-20 minutes; B. Full load operation: After low load operation, gradually adjust the relief valve. Safety valve. hydraulic pump pressure to the maximum system pressure for 10-15 minutes to check the system is normal. The temperature of the oil pump does not exceed 70-80 ℃; C. After the above load is running, the system can enter normal operation (for the re-installation of the Hydraulic System also need to carry out the system of pressure test, generally press the system working pressure 1.5 times the pressure test) ; D.
